The first tip I would give you is that 4 minutes goes by fast. This can be a blessing if the conversation is awkward, or you know immediately that you're definitely not interested. But on the whole it is actually annoying, and I would have preferred perhaps 6 - 10 minutes. You waste some of the time doing the admin (writing down the name, ticking yes/no) and on down-time between rotations. So it really doesn't leave much time.
