Here is what I would do and what i would tell her and your parents and hers, for that matter. I'd tell them that you will hang in there as long as she continues to see the therapist but only check in with her about once a week while she works on herself. Tell her you care about her but can't be with her until the therapy levels her out. Tell her she is irrational and making irrational demands that cross boundaries with you and that you will not put up with, but tell her you fervently hope she continues to get therapy and follow the doctor's instructions and takes whatever meds are prescribed and that if she doesn't OR if she doesn't level out in a couple months' time, you will walk away.
